Since we process and ship the order as fast as we can, there's no guarantee that we will be able to change it. If your package has already been shipped, unfortunately, we won't be able to make any edits to the address. However, you can reach out to the carrier. Here are the options:
If your order is being shipped with Fedex, Fedex lets you change the address, or they can hold your package for pickup at a facility near you. There MAY be fees associated with this sort of request.
If your order is being shipped with USPS, we recommend reaching out to their customer service.
PLEASE NOTE, if there are any returned boxes due to a mistake made on your end, we will have to ask you for a re-shipping and handling fee...because it does cost us money and time :(. Hope you understand. So please please please, DOUBLE-TRIPLE-QUADRUPLE-CHECK your address.
