Oh no! Do not worry. Please note, all address changes need to be changed by the 13th of each month. If your address is not updated by the 13th of each month, your SnackFever Box will go to the address currently on file.
If your package has already been shipped to the old/incorrect address, unfortunately, we won't be able to make any edits to the address. However, you can reach out to the carrier. Here are the options:
If your order is being shipped with Fedex, Fedex lets you change the address, or they can hold your package for pickup at a facility near you. There MAY be fees associated with this request.
If your order is being shipped with USPS, we recommend reaching out to their customer service.
PLEASE NOTE, if there are any returned boxes due to a mistake on the address made on your end, we will have to ask you for a re-shipping and handling fee...because it does cost us money and time :(. We even pay when it gets returned to us. Hope you understand. So please please please, DOUBLE-TRIPLE-QUADRUPLE-CHECK your address.
