Ah the question we get all the time! Here's how it works:
- Boxes are shipped on or around (sometimes earlier) on the 23rd of each month and will (typically) arrive by the end of the month.
- The cut-off date for the current month's box is always the 20th/21st 4 PM Pacific Time (10 days before the last day of the month).
- So if you placed your order before the 20th/21st 4 PM Pacific Time you will get the current month's box by the end of the month. If you order after the cut-off date you will get your box by the end of the following month. On your order receipt email it should say which box you're getting.
Didn't get a tracking number? You should receive a tracking email once we ship your box (or usually when the carrier scans the package). No email? Just shoot us an email at email@example.com or check your spam folder and if it's there please unspam us :).
Tracking your package and it's stuck in one location? Sometimes USPS or Fedex don't update the package information as they move it to another shipping hub. This is very common. If you don't receive your package by the end of the first week of the following month, simply shoot us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
