Log into your SnackFever account and go to your account dashboard. Then click on "Edit" under "Subscriptions". Here you can update everything from the box size to the shipping address.
Remember, any address changes must be made by the 13th of the month if you want them to be reflected in the that month's shipment. This gives us enough time to prepare :).
If you are canceling or upgrading/downgrading a subscription, that must be done before the 1st of the month (next renewal date). If you're on a multi-month plan and still have unshipped boxes pending on your current plan, the upgrade/downgrade will happen AFTER your current plan ends. If you'd like to upgrade immediately, simply shoot us an email at email@example.com.
Please note, canceling a subscription only cancels the next renewal. You will still receive any boxes that have been paid for.
